Tickets are on sale in the ASB Office and PHS Webstore .

If you bought the Dance Package, you do not have to buy a dance ticket.

First Week Sale Dates: 4/11 - 4/15

Second and Third Week Sale Dates: 4/18 - 4/29

At The Door

Guests

Guests will be allowed t o come to Winter Formal. To bring a guest to the dance, a PHS student needs to submit a signed Guest Contract (under Resources) and Photocopy Of The Guest's Picture ID to the Activities Office by April 27 , 2022 @ 3:30 PM . PHS students can pick up a guest contract from the Activities Office. The price for a guest ticket is $ 95 .

All guest tickets have to be bought ahead of time. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

Fill out 2021-22 Dance Contract if you did not complete it at the beginning of the school year .

Documents are accessible through @IUSD.ORG Google Account .
